Acqua Vita – Water of Life
“Acqua Vita – Water of Life”, is a new-construction luxury home located on Sarasota’s Longboat Key. Lynne Koy with Coldwell Banker Previews Realty asked me to create a luxury “lifestyle” brochure that would invite potential buyers to envision living in this majestic home.
With aspirational photography and specialty paper, the finished 24-page brochure uses the angle of the letters “AV” as the primary design element. The brochure was followed up one year later with a companion tri-fold piece that captures the craftsmanship of this finished home.
